New design for North Yorkshire Learning Network

We have recently complete a redesign of the North Yorkshire Learning and Skills Network website to integrate it more closely with the Learning Matters website developed by Parallel Interactive. The underlying code remains data-driven using ASP, and there is now a more comprehensive model of data-driven articles as well as the long-established directory of courses and trainers.
